About Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Developed by Dr Sue Johnson and her colleagues and practiced all over the world, EFT for couples has been empirically validated as effective by numerous studies. EFT is also a potent model of therapy for families and individuals.
EFT is a structured approach to therapy formulated in the 1980’s and that draws the science of attachment and human bonding. This cutting edge therapy knows how to harness the healing power of emotional connection and provides cliniciens with a clear roadmap for treatment.
